Has anyone had bad sexual reactions to Topamax? I am trying to determine the reasons behind my complete asexuality. Topamax is my newest drug, and my starting on it coincided with the onset of this pesky asexuality but it also coincided with my becoming a bike commuter (100 minutes of biking per weekday) with a regular saddle (not ladies saddle) which might be numbing my ladyparts. Also, at the same time I started experiencing stress through the roof in connection with a visitation court battle and trying to take my life back from an abusive ex husband. With all that going on, I do not know what is at fault for the complete lack of sex drive, lubrication, sensation, and orgasms. GP said that it might be from meds and might be from stress.

I already had sexual side effects on Risperdal (any dose) as well as high doses of Geodon, so I am thinking that may be I am just disastrously unlucky in this particular department and am experiencing sexual side effects on Topamax despite being on a very low dose.
