hi it's me again and after chatting to some ppl i get the same reaction, that there is something wrong with me, physically and I need to boost my libido
How is this done? I know that Viagra isn't an option, it only increases performance, and i have no issue with that. |

L-arginine is an amino acid. 3-5 grams / day on an empty stomach with water.
Exercise 3-5 times per week. Weight training is probably your best bet for boosting testosterone and thereby increasing libido. You can get similar muscle building effects from isometric exercises using body weight only and props like walls and tables. |

You can find it at any GNC, I know for sure. Im older than my wife and her sex drive is through the roof and mine is comfortably taking a nap on the floor. I started using GNC vitamin packs for sexual performance. It takes a bit to work, around four weeks for me, but it definitely helps. She now calls them my penis pills. Haha!
Good luck! |

It is a sports nutrition store.
I actually get a lot of my vitamins and protein powder (whey protein) and supplements from my local grocery store. L-arginine, in large doses, triggers production of growth hormone. It is also very good for your circulatory system. And excess is used to make nitric oxide. This doesn't sound very good in that nitric oxide tends to be a poisonous brown gas, but it also happens to be good for your circulatory system. It has side effects such as increased libido and in weight lifting terms it is anabolic: it helps you to add muscle mass. |

There is a saliva test for DHEA levels. Too much is a cancer risk.

How often is enough? I am happy to have intercourse once a week but she's more of a once every day and a half type. Thoughts?

Marty klein who is one of the most famous sex Ts in US says that one of the hardest problems to treat is different levels of desire in a couple.
Try giving her manual or oral orgasms daily and see what happens - that is the most approach. |

I meant to say the most obvious approach. Low hanging fruit, hopefully.

What's the reason for doing that?

The purpose being so that your GF gets more of what she wants, too.
Of course, the issue isn't the type of sex, is it? It is the frequency. You are looking for ways to want to have sex more often. I don't recall if I suggested ginseng. |

yeah, that's why the other suggestion doesn't really help. I can perform if I want to, i just don't really want to. But I want to want to. Which is why I am looking at increasing the libido with stuff. Some good suggestions in here, i will add ginseng to the list.

Don't your partner's orgasms arouse you? Or do you stay indifferent?
