I had no orgasms for several years due to side effects of AP's (Risperdal and then Geodon).

Then my Geodon's dose went from 160-180 mg a day to 80 mg a day and I recovered the capacity for having orgasms. At first I was happy beyond belief because earlier I had been afraid that the anorgasmia would be tardive - sort of like tardive dyskinesia - a side effect that does not go away even after the medication is stopped. It happens with some sexual side effects.

So I was happy and had 50 manual masturbation orgasms in the course of one hour, one after another.

I then could not repeat it. I also noticed that the orgasms were flat, physical, mechanical, and local to the genitals. They were not a full body experience.

Apparently Geodon still was acting negatively on me - I had no sexual fantasy or desire and just the ability to have mechanical orgasms. It took going completely off Geodon and waiting for several months to recover the full scope of sexuality, and now, while I only have a couple orgasms a session, they give a memorable full body experience and are quite deep. I prefer fewer quality orgasms to 50 mechanical orgasms.

More quality orgasms would probably be the best, though. But I prefer quality to quantity, for now.

I do not pass out, but I have occasional post-orgasm headaches, and it helps me to drink tea before doing anything. Pre-hydrating helps avoid headaches - I just learned that and I am pretty happy about that. It is an easy fix. Maybe you also need a complete snack (protein+complex carbs+some fat, say PB/whole grain crackers/some fruit) before sex or in-between orgasms. At least it would not hurt to try. I have been known to pass out in non-sexual contexts, in the morning before having breakfast, and having breakfast first thing in the morning resolved that.

I get hungry, at times, from partner sex but not from masturbation. Weird.

But basically, if you pass out, you should first try proper hydration and avoiding hunger, and see if it helps. This is just the general rule against passing out in non-sexual situations.

You can look up "orthostatic hypotension" and "vasovagal syncope" to see if you have had those.

I would not be surprised, not just because it would be fair to be compensated for suffering, but also because sexuality is mostly mediated by the brain and MI affects the brain, so there might be a link.

At least I know that for sure about migraines -
Migraine Headaches And Sexual Desire May Be Linked

Migraines (I have had them since age three so I am well read on them) are not a type of MI; they are a type of a neurological disorder. Still, it is a disorder of the brain. So it would make sense that there is a connection. Since the main sexual organ is the brain, it would make sense that things that affect the brain affect sexuality.

I know you said women, and I am a man but this subject is quite sensitive to me. I normally wont tell people my record, because many absolutely refuse to believe me.

suffice to say I spent the night with my girlfriend at Mono Lake in Nevada one time, and we didn't sleep till we got back home. because I already know I will not be believed, I will only state that I stopped shooting after number 6 and after all was said and done it was quite painful to achieve an erection for the next three weeks.

if you wish to know, send me a pm and don't automatically disbelieve me on principle. (when you are having so much sex that a psychiatrist tells you that you are self harming, that should give you a hint)

As a broad generalization, females are more likely to be gifted in this department.

Skywoulf, I believe you. If you were really into the type of sex and her, I can see 6 male orgasms happening.

My record is 5. I did it with my first girlfriend on our 3 rd secret romp. Then, I did it online a couple of times while staying up all or most of the night reading kinky stories and looking at member's submitted pics. I think the last night I did that I was 25 yrs old. It's rare for me to have 2 orgasms in a day now in my mid 30's.

Like hamsterbamster, I too was robbed of the ability to orgasm for a while and recouped this ability with avengeance. I didn't quite have 50 orgasms in an hour, but I did release a lot of semen.

see I told you that you wouldn't believe me. my girlfriend? we don't know how many she had, too many to count.

for my case as I said I stopped ejaculating after number 6. I had 27 total orgasms that night.

this was roughly 18 - 20 hours of sex.

now I know you will refuse to believe this, and that is your privilege.

however when your normal masturbation runs on an average of 12 - 20 times a day (I WAS a lot younger then, now three is the average now.) this doesn't seem too hard to believe.

like I mentioned I asked a psychiatrist about it and in his words this goes WAY BEYOND self soothing, into the realm of self abuse, and self harm.
