I'm 23. - a woman- and if I masturbate and orgasm-

(which is an intense feeling)-->

other feelings get intensifed with it----> fear, overwhelming confusion, and emotional pain.

yep, it sucks. too embarassed to tell my therapist or anyone I know.

it's supposed to be enjoyable and it's not for me.

I don't know what's happening or why... I don't understand it...

I'm all alone here with no answers trying to deal with it?

I'm sorry this is happening. It might make sense tho- having an orgasim is a very emotional thing and it might just be opening the flood gates. I'd still try and talk to someone. It's something the therapist and professional counselor a can help u deal with. Good luck
