This thread is predominately aimed at guys..
As a guy I much prefer a women in little or no makeup. A simple black or white poll which ignores the multiple shades of grey. Do women look better with makeup or without? |

women certainly shouldn't wear or not wear make up because of what some guy(s) think.

I agree! My husband wants me to do what makes me feel happy and confident.

I used to sell avon and mary kay and loved it.The women i worked on just loved the way they looked after a facial, i used to do it for fashion shows and at the fair. I think every woman who it doesn't bother loves it too, it totally is a bit of a transorfmation. It can be expensive although, but it's worth it in the end.

The question was purely about if they look better natural or not. I fully conceed that it can be about the psychological feeling it gives to the wearer along side many other factors are far more significant. Sigh |

hi Phreak a little makeup gives me a lift and makes me feel better about myself. I love lipstick but I'm afraid that it is too dark so I'm careful not to over do it. my oldest once was surprised to find out I wore makeup, so it must be pretty subtle or he just doesn't notice such things, could be either or.

True beauty shines from within, I don't understand why women use makeup as "war paint" and kill their natural looks with 10 inches of foundation etc. N.B. I only started this thread after reading the "do you wear makeup" thread. |

very true, and believe me, we love guys that like us without makeup!! personally, I rarely wear jewelry and don't like shopping for clothes, so I just like adding a little color to my face. also I'm really pale so it helps with that.

Also, and for what it's worth, women mainly dress up to impress themselves and other women ... Rarely is it to impress the guys.

It depends on the woman. I look like death warmed over without it, lol. To each her own.

Got lost on the word 'should' in the title of the thread. But, alas, I see the poll says something different. Do women look better with natural make up or no make up.
Can't decide between the two. I can go with or without make up. Some in between options would help me out greatly to deicide. |

The poll is intentionally black or white, imagine a gun too your head, you have to make a choice - let's face it, it's just a poll it's not actually life or death. |

Still can't decide. Fine...gun to my head, right now. Well, let me finish getting dressed and PUT my makeup on. You know, a little eyeliner, mascara and lipstick. How's that?

I guess it depends on the shades involved. I'm sure you look fantastic, assuming the lipstick isn't garish and your mascara isn't clumped and making your eyes look too dark and heavy.

I think women should wear their little 'imperfections' with pride (:

I had many guys tell me how they like girls without make up. Only to ask me if I am sick when I didn't wear mine.
Most men don't know how make up works. They probably think our skin is this flawless and our eyelashes this dark naturally. __________________ Glory to heroes!
