Help Jul 29, 2013 at 10:50 PM

It started about a year ago. I started classes and I met a guy and our friendship started from there and it was a normal friendship. In December he got his foot amputated. He lived with a grandma, he was 18 and I was 19 at the time. So I spent more and more time with him until I just moved in. It was bad we drank and did many other things I had never done in my life. We watched movies together and soon I started feeling more for him. It killed me and ate me up inside. One night I was in the shower thinking about it and I broke down. When I was done I told him every thing, the way I felt. It for me was a bad night I got my first kiss from him and came out for him saying I am bisexual. after that night he never looked at me the same way. This night happened in late March. I still can't get over him I see him almost every day and I still consider him my best friend. I tried to say something to him about 2 weeks ago say I'm not over how I feel about him and all he said is "what do you want me to do about it." I feel worse. I still love him I don't know what to do but I still want to see him and be friends.

I was in a situation like this recently, so I can understand how you feel. He has a point when he said "what do you want me to do about it". There is nothing wrong with having feelings like that for someone, but you can't expect them to feel the same way about you. Maybe you should talk with him about how he has been acting differently and see if you can reach an understanding. Hope that helps.
