Lack of sex

I have to have one of the most love/hate relationships with sexual contact. There's times when I can not even conjure up the thoughts of engaging in sexual behaviour, then on other day's I want to have sex five or six times in a day. This urge or lack thereof, makes me feel very odd. How can I have a relationship if my sexual energy is so manic. What sort of a woman would feel attracted to a guy who one day is as cold as ice with her and then one day he won't get off her. No wonder I have not had sex in years. Too much bother.

That feast or famine behavior is interesting. And I assume you don't know why this happens. You might talk to your doc about it. Are you bipolar, by any chance? No sex when depressed, lots when manic?

I wonder about the bipolar thing too? I haven't had sex in years either for the same reason you describe and I am bipolar. Do you have a doc or a therapist?
