Due to depression mainly and also trauma, I lost all interest in sexual pleasure, actually in any pleasure. That is changing somewhat with a new medication that is lifting my depression. At least energy and general pleasure is more in view. I celebrated by treating myself to a new toy, a dildo that is also a thrusting vibrator.

I don't have shame issues around toys and used to be able to achieve multiple orgasms relatively easily. But nothing is happening now. Nothing at all. I'm not even feeling aroused really.

I'm not sure exactly how to stir up libido once it has been shut down for a long time.

Anti depressants can kill your libido. I switched brands a few times because of it.

Yeah, thats why they say Use it or lose it! I would recommend scents, involving the other senses, erotic reading material.
