Okay, so I went back on my word on being celibate, and just decided to go along and embrace the hormones in my body.

I'm thinking of getting a sex toy, but I don't know which size of a sex toy to find in.

The reason I'm asking this is because I've had a bad experience with the inside of me being stretched out. This happened when I was being examined for the first time (this was a couple of years ago), and the tool the doctor was using on me was stretching me out. I've never been so uncomfortable in my life having something hard and plastic going inside of me, and then when she went in deeper, it was so painful.

When I was looking over at the dildos on Amazon.com, it made me think back to that. I'm afraid of something wide hurting me again.

I want to get something that vibrates, and something that can go inside of me.

My mom has told me that I need to find something smaller in size if I don't want to go big, but don't know how to search for something in different sizes.

I'm sure that by going to a sex shop you will find a toy that's the right size for you.

Were you a virgin when you were examined? That would explain why you felt stretched out. It's common.

I was and still am a virgin. It felt really tight. However, I've read that no matter how many times I could try and have sex, it won't loosen me up. The vagina is already elastic, made to stretch when being penetrated.

My mom is thinking of getting me one for my upcoming 18th birthday since I'll be an adult (but she told me to talk to my T first to get his opinion).

I think you should ask your doctor about all of this. My understanding is that it is common for virgins to feel pain the first time. If you get some advice from a general practitioner he might be able to allay your concerns and you might reconsider the size of your toy.

Toys come in a variety of shapes and sizes...if penetrative stimulation isn't right for you at the moment you can always focus on clitoral stimulation and progress slowly. Rampant Rabbit toys are sturdy and reliable...they too come in more comfortable lengths/girths and focus on both penetrative and clitoral satisfaction. If you're really concerned you can always go to your doctor for their opinion...but it may just come down to inexperience and/or your natural size. That doesn't mean you're incapable of deriving pleasure from sexual experiences...you just need to a bit more research is all. Good luck.

1. Average or small probably. You can google average sized penis.
2. Get in the mood before using. Some good porn or the right internet search should do the job.

Do you think I would be able to find out what size of a toy to get if I measure my hip circumference?

Does the size of my hips determine how big of a penis I could take in penetration?

No , hip size has nothing to do with vagina size.

Just get something that vibrates and don't penetrate yourself with it. Do you know your own anatomy? I would suggest googling vaginal anatomy if you don't. Most first time and second and third orgasms are clitoral not vaginal. That means that they happen with clitoral stimulation not inside the vagina.

I am on the small side as well and have this issue. I do have nice toys for inside and out of various sizes. One that I have that works on both, though designed for inside, but so slim and well designed that it works in a different way is something small made by Lelo, a pretty reliable company. It's rechargeable so that makes things easy.

Like you I am a virgin, and I'd say start off with something no more than 5 inches. I bought one a year or 2 ago (this is the first time I've ever admitted that!), and it was 6 inches, I accidentally nearly bought one that was 7 inches, and I'm soooo glad I didn't. The first time I used it it was so painful I was rather dissapointed, and even now I don't think I could use anything larger.

Mexican jumping beans. They're nice and small and very active.

I'm not they are sold that way, but is it possible to buy a "multi-pack" of dildos? I recognize that as a man my experience differs from yours. However, I am bisexual and I have spent some time (and money) buying myself sex toys that I can use on myself (since my wife doesn't like doing anything other than normal straght sex). I know that for an@l sex, they sell inexpensive "beginners" or "starter" packs with a number of butt plugs to allow people (not just gay men) to work their way up to larger sizes. Once you know what you're comfortable with, you can then spent some real cash on a quality item.
Perhaps you could see if it is possible to get "starter" dildo packs, or maybe just buy a number of inexpensive toys in various sizes to try before spending good money on something you want to use/keep for a long time.

I hope this perspective helps.
