Hi, I am 25 years old, I feel myself extremely healthy(thanks Almighty), I don't smoke/drink(never done it before). I play soccer once in a week(intense) and play ping pong(once or twice in a week). Go to gym twice a week and I am fit. The problem I am having is erectile dysfunction(in my opinion based on what I have found on web). I have never done sex in my life(since I am not married I am not supposed to do it till I get beloved wife.). Now I notice that my c**k is very week and doesn't go hard. It used go hard once in a while even sometimes when I wake up I used to find it hard and very warm temperature. But It doesn't happen anymore. I do masturbation maybe 3 times in a week. Sometimes weeks or even months I don't do it. But I do when I go crazy. Now even if I do, it doesn't go that hard and cement comes out when it is loose and weak. Sometimes if I talk(normal talk, nothing sexual) to a sexy girl I get pre-cum and c**k remains very loose and weak. It gets pre-cum before even it gets erected. Now I am really worried about my sexual life since it doesn't look ok. I don't have confidence at all and if I do masturbation I come like in 15-20 second or so. I have an appointment with my physician next week. I can't even sleep now properly thinking this and deeply feeling bad. I feel like even I can't even pop a girl(break hymen). I heard it takes at least 5-10 min to break which I feel like I am doing to fail. Any idea what is going wrong with my body?

Thanks in advance.
Stay Healthy.

Talk to the physician. If you are taking any kind of medicine, or supplement, tell the physician as it may affect you negatively despite all the physically active things you are doing.

Are you originally from east asia (you play ping pong which is why I asked)?

Hi, thanks for the advice, I am from Asia, but not from eastern part, I somehow play ping ping but it is not common in the place where I came from. I don't take any medicines, but I started taking multivitamin starting from yesterday.

You may actually be having problems due to performance anxiety. Yes I understand you haven't had sex yet, but you might actually be pysching yourself out. I recommend that you get the physical checkup with your doctor, get the plumbing verified and all your chemical levels where they should.

I've had major problems too. I hurt my back many years ago and it has progressed to a point where I've lost the sensation of touch and temperature in my penis. I've struggled with the lost of this feeling, to the point that I didn't want to have penetrative sex with my wife because I was too upset and focused on not feeling anything. However, I've been working to accept the disability and that I can still have intimate relations without all the feeling. Some guys actually "numb" their penises with sprays and creams to keep from ejaculating. I've been able to use the problem to an advantage in that I can last a lot longer with penetration that I ever could have when I actually felt the thing. It may not seem like a lot, but I have actually successfully orgasmed through penetration three times (three separate events) in a row after almost three years without success.

My point is that it could be all in your mind. You have a lot of anticipation, and perhaps your burdening yourself too much resulting in a less than anticipated reaction from your penis.
