Which do you find are the best? I am taking pills now in order to try and keep up with my partner who is significantly more interested than me in having intercourse. Sometimes I actually feel like I don't need to have it anymore, and I only do it out of boredom or to please her.
Anyway currently I am taking Horny Goat Weed for Men http://www.pharmacydirect.com.au/pro...FdgRvQodFXYAlA The good thing about these pills is that they contain herbs that help with other aspects of our health, such as mental function, memory and so forth. The downside is each pill has about 15mg of caffeine in it. Ingredients: Burra Gokhru 1 G Damiana 250 MG Epimedium Sagittatum 1500 MG Ginko Biloba 500 MG Korean Ginseng 500 MG Muira Puama 1000 MG Nettle 150 MG Nicotinic Acid 10 mg Oats 500 mg Siberian Ginseng 500 MG Zinc EDTA 12.5 mg I have taken one pill so far and I feel that I have noticed some effects. What are you on? |

Take Black Maca powder and zinc supplements. Though I don't personally take it for libido, it helps with it.
Also been reading that horny goat weed may have estrogenic affects with it. Maca powder is better then horny goat weed IMO. But if you do decide to buy some, take it in powder form over capsules because it absorbs better in the body. Make sure its organic. |

Ginko Biloba 500 MG is a lot. I am not sure it is safe to take over 120 mg of Gingko. Also, notice that the website does not know how to spell "gingko", which is suspicious - if they are in the biz of selling supplements, they should know their stuff.
I would not take it but buy separate Gingko pills and take no more than 120 mg a day. Gingko is a blood thinner, much like aspirin, and if you take too much, you just might end up bleeding forever from a tiny finger cut. It can be dangerous. Try taking Gingko marketed by a reputable company and not a shady outlet and see how it goes. Even if you do not need it sexually, keep taking it because it prevents cognitive decline in old age, which is not something you worry about now, but it won't hurt to take preventing steps. I do not know about other stuff in the concoction, but Gingko helps men and women overcome sexual side effects of pharmaceuticals. It also improves alertness (much by the same action that makes it prevent cognitive decline), so it is a pretty good supplement overall. |
