This could be triggering.

My best friend told me that her ex boyfriend used to put peanut butter on his penis and had his dog lick it off. I am disgusted by this and feel like it is violating the dog sexually. I just feel like pets should be loved, not used for sex.

I don't care if someone fantasizes about animals or enjoys hentai depicting animals or dresses up as one. That's all okay to me because even though I don't understand it and the idea of me doing it is repulsive, it's not actually harming any animals. But with this... I guess maybe the dog doesn't know what is going on and just enjoys peanut butter...? But if he did that to an infant or a cognitively disabled person who also wouldn't be able to tell it was sexual in nature, that would obviously be molestation.

I really love animals more than most people and it upsets me to think of some prick using an innocent dog like this. But I don't know. What do you guys think? Is it actually animal cruelty or is it technically "okay"?

In answer to the OP, yes it is bestiality. It's not okay because a dog isn't capable of giving consent.

Just wait for the day he gets to explain to a doctor in the Emergency Room how his penis was bitten off by his dog.

And of course it's wrong but I doubt that he views it that way or ever will, well until the inevitable visit to the ER.

I don't know if it's bestiality and the dog doesn't seem to be harmed by it but by my code it would be wrong as in I'd be disgusted if the idea even occurred to me. That's something that he will have to deal with. If you're wondering if this is something that calls for action on your part that is something you will have to decide.

No it's not something to act on. I think this happened a few years ago. He did this in high school to the family dog.

Webgoji nailed it. Definitely bestiality.
