Even when I have sex daily I still feel that it is not enough. It seems the more I get it, the more I want it and the less I get it, the more I want it. My girlfriend of almost three years feels as though I use her like she is a drug or a piece of meat. I should mention I am a drug addict and have been off of opiates for over 6 months this time. The sexual anxiety affects me physically. I become withdrawn and stop talking because all I can do is obsess over sex. This causes her anxiety as well. She says she can feel my tension. This happens pretty frequently. Masturbation helps curve the irritability temporarily but it soon returns.
Any suggestions?

Some studies suggest that yoga, calisthenics, aerobics, walking and other forms of exercise can redirect energies and provide a grounding affect.

Thank you for sharing your story.
