I'm going to spend the night with my BF this coming Saturday and I couldn't be more nervous. I bought some flavored lube for romping between the sheets, but fear my anxiety will prevent me from preforming. Being a woman, I want to make him feel good, as well as feel good myself.
Any tips to calm the nerves?

You can discuss with him that you feel a little nervous. Also keep in mind first night might not be the best. Don't plan too much just focus on each other company. Don't necessarily plan on achieving anything. Get used to each other. Just enjoy each other. But I would tell him that you are nervous, good chance he is nervous too. So you can relate to each other!
Also be safe in regards to protection. Just enjoy. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Thanks, I'll tell him. I just don't want to be dissapointed or to dissapoint him. I'm just paranoid about not achieving an orgasm and making him feel like he's not a good lover, or less of a man or something.

I hear you. I have hard time with that too. Achieving orgasm isn't always easy. You can make him feel good by telling him that whatever he does he is great and you feel very good but need to get used to him. Just praise him, men like to be appreciated. But do tell you are a bit nervous. But think of it you are doing it because you two like it not because you must achieve something particular so focus on that Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Is your boyfriend a virgin too? If he is, chances are that he is also nervous. Just enjoy each others' bodies and take things slowly. Communication is key. Lots of foreplay. And use protection at all times!

She isn't a virgin just nervous. I was nervous with new guy recently and am almost 50, have been married and am a mother. Lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Neither of us are virgins...so that's not part of the anxiety I feel. I tried on this sexy pink lingerie I bought off of Adam and Eve's website for the first time tonight and I love it. It fits me perfectly and hugs my every curve in all the right places. I am strongly thinking of bringing along with me.
One thing though...should I bring along some clothes to wear for the next day? A toothbrush? I've never actually slept over at a guy's house overnight before. I'm kind of wondering what I should bring, if anything?

You should definitely bring toothbrush and whatever products you use for washing/taking a shower. Or whatever else you need for comfort. Definitely change of clothes. Yes bring sexy lingerie
![]() Don't attempt to leave any of the stuff at his house( too early for that) but bring a small duffle bag with your stuff. I'd never stay in anyone's house if I don't have my stuff i need Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
