You may have to elaborate a little more.

Are you under unusual stress?
Have you started a new medication?
Is this a new issue?

Please give a little more info. I am sure others here as well as myself would be able to listen and maybe even help.

Can you be thinking too much? Issues with penetration? Past abusive relationships? There is so much that can be said/asked, have you considered talking to a T about it? Or ask your partner to have a better foreplay action?

If you ever figure it out, let me know. I'm having the same problem with my husband. Hugs.
