I'm asking as an open question. I'm attracted to women and find some traits of males very hot too.
I don't date because I don't need to jump into a relationship and so certain one or two main things in looks I have for women is not unrealistic and it's nice.
I don't find dimensions of too specific attractive. As in I may like skinnier girls alot and stick with looking for a type there for a bit. After that I see about thicker girls that I find attractive. I go for many different cultures and races as to learn what I like. I found I like guys too. I'm closeted about it, but if I dated a man I like athletic men. That I can work out with. For practical reasons for my athletic lifestyle.
Women, I like big bootys, small bootys and anything that looks good there and everyone appreciates boobs. Girls guys so on. Not just on girls but guys too.

I'm bringing this up as a thought provoking discussion about why does the body do this? I don't have a type. It can vary I love symmetry. I tried to find what my primitive attraction rallys to the most with both sexes to further understand myself.
I still have a long way.
Even though I'm muscular and skinny. I lost lots of weight building muscle and have wavey hair most people like to have.
I don't think anyone is lesser nor better. Rather I find individual traits are very attractive i have a difficulty understanding what really is attractive.

Personality traits women wise, independent, strong willed and deviant. Motivated and wild. Easy going laughs alot and smiles.

Men same thing except aggressive and playful.
Actually nvm both I lime with those traits.

I feel if there was anyone who is just fun to be around positive attractive and someone I don't cling but enjoy. They can have me.

I think like this from family upbringing we have despite some of us are from tougher up bringing's learned to appreciate what we have and not worry what we don't.

My family is blessed with great marriages and family's that are connected united as a true togetherness.

See I feel id love a family man or woman. A person that gets **** done and takes care of themselves.

None the less they look great doing it and being their self.

I hope to find a person like this soon, but don't doubt it will happen someday.

My point in this discuss why we like the things we like in the same or opposite sex or both. Sexually arouses our own self by being blessed by a person you feel is ideal not perfect but ideal for you and why?

Note.... Physical and personality traits both included.

Looks obviously make a first impression. But you can't build a lasting relationship on a first impression.
Thanks for this!

Looks matter a bit for that initial physical attraction, but it's ultimately personality that dictates attraction. I just can't be attracted to someone whose personality I don't like, no matter how physically "perfect" they are to me.
Thanks for this!

Agreed. Looks matter to a point but can't be with someone who has a terrible personality I don't think I could go for someone who has a good personality and be not attracted.

Beauty lies within imperfection.
