Lady invites me to stay at her place for a week to hangout and have sex.

Kinda like her a lot. She's a paraplegic. We've talked for a while. We're 4 hours apart.

Could repeatedly having sex cause problems in our distant relationship? Or could it be a good thing?

only your lady friend can say what is good or not for her, only she knows what she can do sexually and what her considerations, health and otherwise are.

these things are what should have already been discussed.

my suggestion is before going to her place the two of you have some discussions on what is expected, what considerations must be made, and all those normal relationship questions people usually have before extended visits like this.
