I ceased to feel down there. I can't come. Some 4 years ago. Without a reason. I also cannot fantasise. No brain / spine damage, no drugs, no alcohol. Has anybody here ever heard about anything like that?

And you're otherwise healthy? No blood pressure, diabetes, neurological illnesses?
Anything traumatic? CSA?
Anything stressful in life?
Are you also unable to become aroused?

Maybe speak with a doctor that specializes in sexual dysfunction?

Definitely see a doctor. Any sudden change is indicative of something out of sorts like hormone levels or maybe something psychological.
