So tonight I tried out my new butt plug. I peed right after I took it out (as it's healthy to do so after finishing a sexual act) and when I wiped there was some feces on the tissue paper. I can safely assume it is normal to wipe feces off as there was feces on the butt plug itself, but what I am worried about was that it came from the area where I pee which yeasts infections and UTIs can happen if you get feces near your vagina. Did I not pull it out correctly? Should I be worried? I don't want to get discouraged to use it but I don't want to risk getting a yeast infection or UTI.

Thank you.

Didnt we have the talk here already about always wiping from front to back? As long as you do that, you should be okay. You might want to shower / rinse off? Also sometimes i use monistat cream as self lube to start with - kill those cooties before they take hold!

You can also wipe with "flushable wet wipes" to help stay clean.

If make sure you're flushed out before using a butt plug & also think about the length of it if it's coming into contact with your colon which could trigger a release.

Good idea to use a wet wipe before, even, if youre not showering.

Not to hijack the thread but flushing wipes isn't recommended by many plumbers and municipalities. Many brands don't disintegrate and clog up household pipes and sewer treatment facilities. Here's an article if you're interested. Popular Bathroom Wipes Blamed For Sewer Clogs

LiteraryLark, next time try removing the butt plug from an angle that doesn't travel near your vagina. Like your hand removes it from the backside of your body. If you reach in from the front side of your body then you would have to go near your vagina upon removal. Lessen the likelihood of the butt plug brushing against your pubic hairs or skin.
