I like wearing lingerie for guys I date, as it not only makes me feel sexy, and feminine, but it feels nice to do something for them as well. I might not get that far with the guy I'm going on a date with tomorrow, so I'm not by any means expecting it, but if we get that serious, I'll definitely have my favorite lingerie on standby.
So, I'm just curious, how much do guys like it when their girlfriend's/wives wear lingerie for them? Obviously it'll only be on for so long, but I'm curious. __________________ MY BLOG IS NOW CONVENIENTLY LOCATED HERE!! I love it when my girlfriend (or any woman really) wears sexy lingerie

Well, it seems this guy dropped himself off my map. He hasn't responded to my previous text at all. It's been a few days. Guess that lingerie is going back in the drawer and staying there for a good long while. *sigh* Why are guys always like this?

I'm not sure why people behave in such a way but unfortunately people are not considerate of others feelings. But it's necessary to protect yourself when you are in the dating world but also when starting a new relationship. With regards to the lingerie although you clearly have the approval of several gentleman I would just remind you that while as a rule most men do find a lady in her best undergarments very alluring but there are some who would rather you were wearing your grannies best pants But its all part of the fun finding out your partners likes and dislikes

I hate any kind of lingerie. I loathe it. I think that it makes an otherwise lovely girl look cheap and ready for the street corner, or ANYWHERE other than with me. Now, I'll concede that there are men with a preference for a courtesan than a lover, and that there are women who like the look of lingerie because it makes them feel a bit sexy/slutty; but, as for me, if you're going to wear anything seductive, it might be an overly large cotton tank-top and... well, nothing (and, for God's sake, don't wear socks to bed!). Maybe I started too young; I don't know. When you're 12 and your lover's 11, you don't expect the (sort of predecessor of Victoria's Secret) Fredrick's of Hollywood get-up to step out of summer shorts. I was in college when I got my first look at a lingeried seductruss and I had one of my cannot-laughing-until-I-fall-to-the-floor-and-if-I-look-I'll-only-keep-laughing moments. She was graceful enough to go back to the other bedroom and change into a flannel shirt and after the laughter stopped she said something like, "I know; weird, hunh?" And I doubled over laughing for another 20 minutes. We went out to Bob's Big Boy and split a piece of hot-fudge cake. Oh, but she had forgotten to tell me that she didn't eat meat. I've been fortunate, I guess, in that, before reaching a certain point, girls have always 'signalled' (best way that I know how to say it) before making any kind of unholy wardrobe faux pas. Even "I'm just going to get out of this dress," will bring out my crucifix and holy water until "...and into what?" is satisfactorily answered. I simply lack the words – there are no adequate words in any human language – for the degree that I abhor lingerie on a woman's body. Don't misunderstand me; some men enjoy wearing women's lingerie and, as for me, the more that's covered the better. And if you're a woman, trying to hide a birthmark on your leg and believe that stockings are the way to go, please, please consider aluminium foil instead. I don't know how much one of those full outfits cost – the ones with the capes and corsets and utility belts, but Jockey, UA, other vendors can get you 10 or more comfortable and quite sexy bra and panty sets. No, we guys do not like you to wear lingerie "for us." Would you like us to wear a full body ape suit "for you"? If you find that the guys that you're sleeping with aren't making you feel sexy and feminine enough, have them PM me and I can give them some tips... whether you want to be easy like Sunday morning or wondering where the lions are. |

NOT TRUE... as (my) rule. And... how about grandad's old and wholly Brooks Brother's Athletic t's? Put grannies best pants on if you're going to the nursery for mulch. Now that's a pull off the road behind those bushes drive home! Quite serious about that, BTW. But you've heard from several yea-sayer's and a cautionary tale from the woman that I just fell in love with, so let me, the single male nay-sayer it seems: Err cautiously. Unless you're prepared to be feeling all feminine and sexy only to be laughed out of the room, give BIG HINTS. Unless you'd prefer a piece of chocolate fudge cake from Bob's Big Boy to a night of love. Also BTW: almost everyone who knows me knows about me and the date at Bob's. Although the reviews are mixed, the idea that I acted rudely is almost unanimous. About 94%. The other 6% almost urinate in their seats. What the 94% can't seem to understand is that I had no choice. There wasn't a pause. She wasn't there, I looked over, and there she was and the laughter was out of my throat immediately. It wasn't a joke that required thinking. It was an instantaneous sight gag. The "mind stuff" wouldn't stop processing, even though I knew that it was wrong. One thing that kept going through my mind was that I had told this girl (who, incidentally, introduced me to my second great love) earlier in the week, I guess, that I didn't care for stockings or pantyhose. As I continued laughing I thought that there must have been some dreadful breakdown in communication. Imagine the reaction if you're prepping for a night with your sweetie and he walks in dressed as a clown? How long will it take you to stop screaming and unload your bedside Glock into his chest before you realize what you've done? Then how long does it take you to stop screaming before you can get him to Bob's Big Boy and push him out into the parking lot? It's the perfect metaphor: Lingerie = Clown Shock = Shock Laugh = Scream Keep Laughing = Keep Screaming & Shoot Bob's Big Boy = Bob's Big Boy |

I have to be honest, it really doesn't do a whole lot for me, but if it makes my date feel sexy, it doesn't take anything away from the mood either.

I love it for several reasons. Materials like silk, satin, nylon, leather and spandex feel great to touch and many of them catch the light accentuating a womans curves.
I also love unwrapping my gift, that probably stems from not having Christmas as a child. |

I like it as long as it is understated and not some sort of porn star get-up. Something that looks like natural attire.

In my experience most guys have always appreciated it; some even bought it for me. But I agree, as long as it's simply sexy, not some bdsm get-up.

I never wore lingerie, but I was worried my boyfriend might want me to. I gathered up my courage to ask him (I find lingerie a bit embarrassing), and his opinion was that he wasn't into it, I could have the same effect in regular underwear and a bra, and it doesn't matter to him since it'll be off soon. Some girls I knew said their boyfriends felt the same. Maybe to a certain group of people, it's just more clothes than really creating a more attractive picture. I doubt he'd like me less if I wore it, though.

Wellllll, to me, it depends on who is wearing it. Some women aren't meant to wear lingerie, like them hill gals that split lumber and can change an engine out of a truck. It doesn't mean that they're any less of a women, actually they can show ya a thing or two, but when they can pick me up also....
I prefer them to wear nothing but a smile. I just want to add that I find women in hard hats sexy as hell, too. |

I've got "weird" sexual preferences too, but many people don't believe me because they are so weird. "What, you wouldn't want to date that guy? Yeah right, you're just embarrassed." "You don't find muscles attractive? You must not be mature yet." Things like that. |
