Are they any other psychogenic causes that are causing erectile dysfunction
and no ejaculation besides anxiety, depression, phobias and panic?

Hello Marios

Erection happens when there's blood flow to the male organ. The vessels in that area may be blocked or narrowed that there might be difficulty for blood to flow there. Or maybe certain meds are causing that if you're under any. Viagra plays a part in erectile dysfunction, since it messes with the cardiovascular system in your body. Definitely avoid steroids and taking Testosterone pills that has the actual hormone. If you do that, your body will lose its ability to make it by itself.

If you're in your 40s, I think another factor that has a hand in this is your Testosterone levels, they may have dropped. If you're experiencing moodiness or irritability or lack of focus and so forth, then you may have lower Testosterone levels.

As for no ejaculation, this could be related to the prostate. Disregarding the inability to get erection in the first place, the key can be in the prostate's health.

I hope this gives you an idea or helps in some ways! Wishing you the very best
