First off, hi and welcome to PC!!

I understand that premature ejaculation is rather embarrassing for a guy to have, and they would rather not discuss it with anyone, much less a doctor, but I would bite the bullet just tell your doctor about it so you can get some help that way. Ordering from a site without a prescription is dangerous because there could be any number of things in the actual medication you get, versus what you ordered. In other words, there is nothing regulating what goes into what you get. You could get something entirely different than what you ordered.

Also, doctors are medically trained to know how medications interact with each other and your body and will know if and when it's safe for you to have prilogy, and at what dose.

Sorry, I'm not giving you the answers you wanted, but a lecture instead. It's just that doctors are there for these reasons, and discussing premature ejaculation with yours, though diffuclt, will be worth it in the end. That's what they're there for, after all.

Hi Kingofpsych! I have to admit, I agree with artchic528 - if you buy online you have no idea what you're getting, and IMHO the risks are not worth taking. There are some sites which are trustworthy pharmacies, but reputable sites will require a prescription before selling you medication. If you want to try Priligy, go ahead and talk with your doctor, trust me he'll have heard a lot worse (it's pretty hard to shock a doctor!). Also, PE is so common, that if you speak with a male doctor he'll probably have been affected by it at least once in his own life.
