As you may or may not know, lots of different artists online make erotic art. And well-known cartoon characters make up the majority of it (at least to me they do). Sometimes they make animated videos of them too. For some reason I find it hard to get into these types of pics/videos. When I was a teen it was fine because I was a youngster. But now that I'm an adult it makes me feel pervy. People online say it's fine because they're just cartoons and not real, but that's not how it feels to me. Not all of the pictures are cartoony. Some depict very harsh, sexual situations. It makes me feel wrong seeing a character who is supposed to represent a little girl or boy in those situations. Why am I like this? What is it that I'm not getting that everyone else does?

You are not alone. I don't wish to see some childhood cartoon icon that I loved as a kid abused and used for the cheap gratification of the many. Whose the real perv?

Thanks. For me it has more to do with the context. Like seeing a picture of a teacher and a kindergarten student in a non-consensual situation. I get that it's just a cartoon, but the part that gets me is seeing a teacher do that to a young student. The people I've talked to about this make it sound like I'm the ludicrous one for pointing the context out. As if it's nothing because the picture isn't showing real people.
