depends upon what the laws and rules are in your location about trans women and dating.

if you were here in the USA no, who a person likes and dates is their own business here and is not a sign of being a danger to one self or others, therefore no need here to commit someone to a mental ward for liking and dating who ever they want to.

my suggestion is go to your library and check out what the laws are on liking and dating trans women are in your location.

If you have a fetish for trans women that is interfering with your life to the point that you need professional help? Maybe.

If you're just plain attracted to trans women, then no. It's just a preference. As long as you're not going into relationships with trans women with assumptions that don't reflect reality or dehumanizing them there's nothing wrong with you.
