OOOOOOOOOk.. I'm starting to think for my 40th birthday that I might get a piercing or two and maybe a tat. Not sure. Now being the good catholic girl that I was.. I was pretty much ohhhh say.. kept from the outside world and what went on in it? So I still ( now dont laugh) dont know what kind of piercings ( meaning where) mean your (gay/lesbian) or what. So if any of you have any input on this .. or tatoo's .. I'd appreciate it. Thaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaanks lol.

i think they only "gay" piercing is for a guy. supposedly the right side is the gay side. there arent really any other "gay/lesbian" piercings that i know of

yeah, your pretty safe unless you get a big pride flag tattoo'ed on you somewhere. I know of almost no peircings on a woman that are considered to be gay/lesbian, and even most of the peircings on a guy are no longer considered to be gay or whatnot. I have TONS of friends with peircings all over and thye have never had a problem.

rainbows and the colour purple and yeah, one particular ear if you are a guy.
really, though... i wouldn't let any of that prevent your doing something that you wanted to do because not everyone who wears purple is lesbian etc etc etc. |

That's a pretty out-of-date deal now that guys having pierced ears has gone mainstream. I have a 1000-percent straight male friend (long married, multiple kids) who has BOTH ears pierced. It doesn't matter anymore.
Stay away from the rainbow flag tats and you'll be fine. |

I have several tattoos, and my left ear is pierced (3x to be exact). I've never had any reservations about what to get done and where because of social labels. If it makes you happy, it's certainly your body and your choice. My picture is actually a large tattoo I have in the center of my back.
