I've reached out to every woman online that I can find that I'm interested in. It's been a complete bust. There were only two real possibilities, and neither of them worked out. The sites I'm on simply do not have anybody else in my area that I'm interested in.
It's been a disappointing experience, to say the least. Now I'm going to try to ease off of it for a while and focus on my business again. I'll check in on the sites occasionally, but there's not much point in doing so every day. Looking for some sympathy here. |

Hi,
My first husband of 22yrs together lived 150 miles from me and he relocated to be with me. Many years later I travelled 400+ miles to another country to meet my 2nd husband, the love of my life & I settled there. What I want to say is that you may need to search further afield to find your new love. Give it a go, you wont lose anything.

Don't focus on looking close to you. I'm from Portugal and I'm moving in the next few months to the UK to be with someone. 😊

Online dating is a minefield. I've tried it several times and as a female it is a struggle too. You just have to keep going with it and try different ones... btw... I was on and off them for months before I met my partner
 so there can be success if you keep trying ! From your last thread it doesn't seem you've been on there too long!

Meh....
Tried it...met a few exes, but nothing ever sticks for too long. Still struggling to find any guy who wants something more than casual sex on these sites most of the time.

I tried online dating and ended up finding someone, but it took a good couple of years of bad dates and false starts!
