My fetish is awful. I find myself seeing the specific objects I'm attracted too and find myself doing stupid things to try and get them. I cant really explain the shame I feel or how much of a freak I feel for feeling the way I do.

I feel some kind of overwhelming obsession sometimes when I see the object in question. It feels like I can't control my thoughts, feelings and compulsion to steal it.

Gloves. Specifically rubber gloves that have already been worn.

I find myself stealing them any chance I get. I become aroused just seeing someone working with them on. I'm straight and only like women, yet if I see a man wearing rubber gloves it all goes out of the window.

I can't explain the intense compulsion i feel to steal them. In the past when visiting a zoo I saw a zoo keeper walking past wearing some black household gloves because they'd been cleaning a glass window. I then stole them from the side when he took them off for a break. Another time I was at a theme park and spotted a man wearing nitrile disposable gloves. I just couldn't get my mind off them and felt compelled to steal them. I lurked around outside until he'd finished and left the restrooms, i then went back and found he'd left the cleaning cupboard unlocked. I stole so many gloves from that room and just crammed them into any pockets I had. Another time I was in a restaurant and went to use the restroom after watching a man who worked there walk into there with blue dish gloves on and then walk out without them. I went in there and found under the sink was where they kept their cleaning supplies and stole the gloves.

I've felt disgusting every time. I can't explain the thrill i get stealing them and then the compulsive urge to take them though. It feels like it just takes over my rational thought entirely. I have many pairs of gloves at home, which I bought or stole over the years. Yet I still feel the need to steal new pairs. I think it's something about them being worn by somebody else that makes me want them rather than the actual object itself. I always feel gross afterwards and like nobody would ever understand my fetish if they were to learn of it.

No. I only feel a thrill stealing them after they've been worn. I've bought them from stores in the past and it's not the same. I get no thrill from buying them it's all about stealing them and the chance of being caught. I don't really understand it at all.

I am no expert , however if you don`t get a thrill from buying them , only stealing them , maybe it is not the gloves at all.

Maybe you are aroused by the thought of the steal , and the rubber gloves are just a byproduct of that thought.

Either way , it sounds like you enjoy the thrill of evade and capture.

If I were you I would talk to a friend or close relative , if not you could try a Hot Line.

My help would be don`t steal , but if it is something you have to do , then say that is pointless.

Have you tried to turn your attention to something else ? It might be hard , but it might be worth a try.
