I am a guy and haven’t had a girlfriend in 7 years. I’ve had flings and went on a bender one year where I’d hook up every week or other week with new girls. Well after that took four years till I had sex and I think I sucked. I performed oral and it seemed alright then she jumped on me and started to ride, I didn’t last long but all I did was just lay there.
Any tips?

What kind of "tips" are you looking for?
Was there any form of communication with the other person or was this a....fling? I'm not really clear was you're looking for.

The best way to learn new tricks is to watch hours of porn. Study how the actors perform their sex acts. Learn how they can last hours having sex.
