I have a partner, and we have very different levels of sexual desire. I want to have sex every day and he would be happy with once a month or so. I feel like I'm going crazy and I'm really tired of masturbating. It may be due to a medication change, or it could be my natural level returning, since I was this way in high school too.

Has anybody had success navigating very different levels of libido?

You have my sympathy. I find myself in a similar situation, although, in my case, I am the partner with the low sex drive. I'm afraid I can't offer any advice myself, as I, too, am looking for a solution.

I'm keen to hear any ideas that anyone else may have.

You can try by seducing you partner more often ,watch porn together with him, patrol round the house in hot lingerie, just do stuffs to trigger his sexual desires ,

If you are a guy, go see a urologist. Discuss low libido. It happens eventually as we age. There are lifestyle changes (like quitting smoking) that can help and meds you can take. Some are “on demand” and some are daily. I take a daily and my libido has returned to the way it was when I was a teen. FWIW
