Question Oct 04, 2019 at 01:26 AM

27 yo male. Due to social anxiety I didn't get any sexual experience until few months ago.
My anxiety prevents me from dating where I live, but now I'm traveling and online dating works quite well for me.

I always had really high sex drive. Even after quitting porn few years ago I can easily masturbate 1-2 times a day.

Now, however, after each sexual encounter I get into, I experience at least few days without libido. Currently I'm on my longest streak so far, I'll soon hit full one month without sex drive.

I know it must be related to constable stress I feel during sex. The strange thing is my stress is gone soon after sex, but my libido doesn't come back for weeks. It must be something deep in the unconscious I think.

Do you have any idea what it might be?
How can I get my libido back?

Thank you!

PS. My lifestyle is very healthy so any physiological problem can be almost certainly ruled out.

Have you ever had your testosterone levels checked?
