I am a trans man who has not had bottom surgery and lately I have had the most frustrating time trying to masturbate. I just can not get a good orgasm. Or if I use a vibrator I get one way too fast. But I have lube and when I use that instead it’s just like non existent basically and I don’t feel anything but frustration afterwards. I am super horny basically all the time and sometimes I can’t even concentrate on anything else. but I just can’t get the relief I want.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I have a therapist who will discuss these things. She asked me one time if I was comfortable masturbating and she was the one who told me about lube. She knows other deeply personal things that no else knows and she’s totally cool about everything. But I feel awkward talking to her about these things unless she brings them up first. Tuesday will be the first time I’ve seen her in 6 weeks and I don’t want to just put this on her right away even though I’ll be the one getting uncomfortable.

It’s just been so frustrating.
