I’m not sexually active but I do have an incredibly high libido as a result of my transition. Lately though at night afterwards I’m bleeding a ton and in a lot of pain. I mean like last night I was dripping blood. It’s kind of freaking me out and it’s not like I can tell my mom about it. I am going to mention it to my therapist tomorrow and then my primary on Thursday. But I don’t know. It’s a bit freaky. It comes and goes too. It went away for a couple weeks then came back 2 nights ago.

Does anyone know what this could be?

if you think you are having severe bleeding (your words in your title) you will need to contact your treatment providers. or go to your local emergency room where they can treat severe bleeding.

Yeah you need to see a doctor or depending on the severity go to an emergency room immediately when something like that happens.

I talked with my doctor today and I got a referral for another doctor. It was uncomfortable and he was asking what I was using but since he’s a medical doctor I didn’t find his questions insulting or weird. No one was home anyways. Now I’ve talked to my mom about the abnormal bleeding but not when or how it’s happening and she hasn’t asked.

It happened really bad last night. To the point I gave up and couldn’t get off because of so much pain and bleeding. I was trying everything, pictures, articles, stuff that always used to turn me on real fast. Nothing was working last night. Now I have bad cramps and I did an at home UTI test and it shows I have one so now I’m on antibiotics for one. But I’m just crabby and in pain. My mom doesn’t know how the bleeding is happening. But she knows it’s happening. And I’m not sure how or if I want to tell her. My doctor used the word “stimulate yourself” Maybe that’s how I should phrase it. But **** am I in pain now and that incident happened almost 24 hours ago. Now I’m just gonna have to give it up and that will suck too.

Should I just like text my mom and tell her about it that way and tell her not to speak aloud about it to me?
