As I’ve said many times on this forum I am a trans male. This morning I woke up and “down there” was super sweaty. But no where else was. So I’m wondering if I maybe had a wet dream. I had a strange episode last summer where I woke up suddenly because I felt like I was going to pee my pants and I was also like incredibly horny and sweaty. But the more I woke up I realized I didn’t even need to use the bathroom.

But does anyone know if this normal? I’d ask on a ftm Reddit page or some other trans group but those groups are pretty toxic.

whether you are male or female the human body has sweat glands down in that area and the sweat glands get to working when the body is over heated. its the body's normal way of cooling down.

suggestions....

sleep with lighter or no blankets.
wear cotton not polyester or spandex for underwear. cotton absorbs sweat. polyester and spandex traps heat and doesnt absorb sweat
sleep with a fan rotating the air in the room.

too much sugar can also elevate the production of sweat suggestion lower sugar intake.
