I am a virgin at an older age (31) and was with a girl tonight intimately but I was unable to finish after quite a while. I just don't know what happened, if I was nervous and it was a more casual situation so maybe that is not right for me and I need to be in love. But I feel terrible and I'm worried I won't ever be able to perform for a woman or have that kind of relationship. She as nice about it bit I feel so depressed and hopeless.

That has happened to me before and I think it happens a lot. Please don't be too hard on yourself. There is a technique called "paradoxical intention" that has helped some people with that issue. Never tried it myself. Wish I knew what to say to help you. Such things can provoke unhappy emotions and moods.

Don't be too hard on yourself. These things happen, maybe you were really nervous. It happens to us all.. virgin or not. Yes, being in love helps especially someone who makes you feel comfortable just being you, this is so Important. If this has left you feeling this way then maybe the girl just isn't right for you. When it comes to sexual compatibility, it takes a lot of shopping around unfortunately. I'm not saying you should now start sleeping around, I mean you'll know when you meet the right person by the way 'they make you feel' its not only about attraction. it is so much more than that.

Late reply but you probally have death grip syndrome. You've been jacking off for so long, vagina is too soft feeling. Focus on not self pleasuring for atleast 3 days and focus on having her get you off. Need to focus on head stimulation
