i am not sexually active and haven't been for quite some time due to Erectile Disorder. my doctor provided me with viagra and i think it is wise to tell my partner about having to take the medicine to get my libido started up again because it would provide an open door to talking about sex. i think that i deserve the healthy sex life i never had...does anyone have any suggestions on this issue?

I don't think there is a more important ingredient to anything healthy,,than communication. I applaud your idea in bringing up the medication as a means of beginning a discussion.
Great sex is based upon an honest exchange of fantasies, needs and offerings...it suffers greatly from "shooting from the hip"..parden the pun... Welcome to PC zeitgeist.. Lenny

I don't have any suggestions, but I do agree with what Lenny said. I think our culture is kinda shy when it comes to sex, but if you can have open and honest discussions about it, that seems like the best approach.
