I'm so tired of not being able to sleep at night. I'm tired of trying to explain this condition to people, and them just discount it as a choice that I bring upon myself.

I've tried everything from minor meds like Tylenol PM, muscle relaxers, and hardcore tranquilizers, but NOTHING ever works. It's like my insomnia is standing behind my back, constantly pointing and laughing like it's won some sort of prize for not only making me tired, but making other people discount my claims.

I know how you feel too and I wish you didn't have to suffer with this. UIt's not fair!

I hope you find something to help you very soon. I'm sorry I don't have much more to say apart from that. Is there anyway yo could try and get some sleep in the day? Or does that not happen either? Lack of sleep is a horrible thing and it causes all sorts of problems.

Take care of yourself
