i need more sleep, cant sleep.
for the past week i have had 4hours or less sleep per night. |Cant concerntrate anymore. i think my body is shutting down mentally ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Have you thought of seeing your doc? Is there something specific on your mind keeping you from having the sleep you need?

I can relate.
I only sleep four hours at a time myself. I am surprised I can still function. I am always tired. feel for ya. safe hugs, Billi |

i used to hav insomnia badly. I now take pericyazine or seroquel to help me relax and be able to sleep. My pattern of sleep is almost normal now and i don't have to take the tablets everyday now..
