Now how bizzare is that. I was exhausted this morning. I fully remember the dream and "know" I was asleep but I kept dreaming that I couldn't sleep. Now I seriously feel as though I haven't had any sleep at all. Gosh, what next?

I hate when that happens. Hope you sleep better tonight!

Oh, I worry every night that I am not going to sleep. Something I can't help myself doing!

Since you say you knew you were dreaming? You ought to try an experiment next time and see if you can get yourself to "laugh" at your dream while you're dreaming or to say something simple to yourself like, "I am asleep and enjoying it!"
