I set my alarm on my phone to be '7.10am' to wake up for school, and just recently I put my time on my phone 20 minutes ahead so I wouldn't ever be late for anything, especially school.
Every morning I get woken up by my alarm clock and I usually fall back asleep for 1 second and dream or I don't know what to call it, a vision? That I've checked my phone and it's 12.30pm (or around that time). So automatically I think oh it's too late now, I only have what... less than 3 hours left of school? And if I go in late I'll get a detention. So I go back to sleep. Often my mum calls me on my phone and wakes me up again or I hit my leg on something which wakes me up and once again I'm late for school. But other times, I'm a fool to my mind and I fall asleep and don't wake up until it is ACTUALLY 12.30pm. The weird thing Is I just realised yesterday morning that this has been happening to me. hmm... I'm wondering If my mind is trying to tell me something or something's wrong with me? |

there is nothing wrong with you but it sounds like your mind is trying to tell you something. Do you have a certain apprehension about something @ school that you would rather avoid? Something to think about for sure! Good Luck!

I would suggest a very loud and annoying alarm clock. And make sure you have to actually get up to turn it off. Loud bells are good. Place it on a dresser far enough away, so you have to physically go to it to turn it off. Then stay up, don't go lay back down. Maybe a bowl with cold water to sprinkle in your face will jolt you awake. Hope this helps.
