Have to be up for work in 4 hrs. this happens every night. . sleep much wknds and then up at night from being sad. what do i do?

what is bothering u?what kind of thoughts keep u awake?

worry about a friend. How about journaling or turning it over to a higher power if you have one. Easy for me to say. Take Care.

Thanks phoenixl uh cant turn it to a higher power but journaling sounds good . Thanx. im up again! Depression kicking in i feel
