I just took a nap and had the worst dream. My brother was sick and dying and had to be euthanized. I had to sit there and watch it. I woke up bawling my eyes out. The whole dream was just me wishing I had more time to spend with him and then, thank god, my boyfriend texted me which woke me up. But he did die in my dream and I saw it. I don't even know how to feel right now. It's started setting in that it wasn't real but I woke up thinking it was true and actually was thinking of coming on this website and asking for advice on how to handle it!

Oh, salukigirl, sorry you had just a horrible dream!

I once dreamed I electrocuted my husband and he died convulsing in my arms. It was the worst dream of my life and I came out of the dream so fast that if it had been water, I would have gotten the bends!

I still don't know what my dream was about other than how "important" my husband is to me and central to my life. I'm working on understanding our finances and better "supporting" myself emotionally and literally as he's older than I am and I imagine he will die before me.

Salukigirl - that is so hard to have those kind of dreams. I tend to wake up crying like that when I dream that my mom has died. Thankfully she is alive and just fine. URRRR. For me, I think it is because I have issues with change.

Thanks guys. I called him today and told him about it. Yesterday he was talking about how he had high cholesterol and I think that might be what made me have that dream. So when I told him he said that he looked at the print out again and it said that his good was high and his bad was low. So I feel better now.

We just started having a good relationship within the last few years and started to get really close so I think hearing that he had high cholesterol really freaked me out. Hopefully I don't have another one like that cause that was scary!
Thanks for this!
