Ever feel like you just can't sleep...even if you're tired. Right now it's 7:30am and I can't sleep. I might just stay up. I don't know what else to do, cuz I can't sleep at all. Some nights I will sleep for 12 hours, some nights I will sleep for 4....or like tonight, none. Idk why....blah, any suggestions?

I have trouble sleeping sometimes because of my hypothyroid condition. I would go to the doctor for a physical and see what I could do, if anything, about sleep difficulties as they influence so many other things.

this happens to me....but when my mind is disturbed....try to relax before sleeping...take a nice warm bath....warm drink like Camomile's tea...meditate before sleeping....and avoid stressful activities during the day.....
gosh, nothing in the world is better than a nice night sleep ![]() |

hmmm...maybe I just don't want to sleep...I punish myself and don't sleep? force myself not to sleep? I don't know...becuz I'm sure I could if I just got in bed, but I don't want to...I want to be in this faded sense of reality that comes with lack of sleep =/ hmmm I wish I was normal
