anyone ever try to astral project? anyway, had a dream about me traveling to another planet or moon? when I looked in the sky the sun seemed so far away it was the size of a dime or smaller. also in the night sky was a ring around a moon or possibly saturn. got there by space ship man made very quickly took only minutes. seemed alien though. the planet was very cold life was unhabitable outside of our small domed village. seemed like there was no socialization only work in labs everyone wore red space suits looked like wet suits surfers use but much thicker. everyone was preparing purposely in the cold to prepare the main planet we were going to. that's all I remember. ideas anyone?

That's very detailed. I've only heard rumor of astral projection, and I've reason to believe I'm not capable of lucid dreaming, so I can't help you there. But I read an article somewhere that those interested in their dreams are more likely to remember them, if you're interested in dreams. There are ways to help remember them, like keeping a dream journal. I think there's a way to control your dreams through lucid dreaming, but, yet again, I've never even come close to achieving it, so I can't say for sure.
Thanks for this!
