Hi I have severe pain every night. I'm on lots of drugs for you name it. One something hit me I had a wonderful friend That new Tao. He gave me this cd by Ron Allen Music For Relaxation. At first I thought this is wonderful on the cd The sound of earth, sky, kindness, wisdom, reason, eternal, sage. and be let me tell you not only was I relieved of pain I was able To sleep 6 hours.
