Lately, I find that I can't sleep. I'll do things during the day, and be completely bone-tired at night, and I just can't get to sleep. I lay there for hours just waiting for sleep to come.

What do you think I can do?

Something you dont like to do. Something boring to help calm the mind. Cleaning, folding laundry, for me i try reading my textbooks. Or you could see your physician about the issue.

I have the same problem sometimes where I'm so tired but I can't fall asleep. I lay awake trying to fall asleep. I found that sometimes if I daydream with eyes closed and think of other things I fall asleep. It sometimes takes a lot of time but it kinda works. If that doesn't work maybe talk to a MD and see about taking some pills.
