I've been sleeping strange again lately.
I sleep after midnight or one a.m., but still can't open my eyes until eleven a.m. or noon. I wake up even more tired than when I fall asleep and in an even worse mood than when I go to sleep. often, I am h aving very upsetting dreams about my aunt or about the hospital or about being held somewhere. this is so disconcerting to me. Very anxiety-producing. Billi

Billi, have you seen your regular doctor and gotten a checkup and talked about your sleeping problems? I'm sorry you are having upsetting dreams. Are you taking any sleep meds or anything that might be causing more upsetting dreams and sleeping longer?

Oh, yeah, been there done that.
But I am on Seroquel and I hear that can cause bad dreams or vivid ones. Maybe it's making me drowsy in the morning. But if I don't take it, I don't sleep at all. At least til 5am. Last night I had some BAD ones. About medical stuff. Probably cause I discovered another cavity in a tooth. B.
