I stayed up to read last night and got so involved in it, the sun came up before I relized the time. I let myself drift off to sleep. Next thing I know this guy has captured me somehow. The guy looks a lot like the neighbor in my neighbor thread only this guy is clearly menacing. He has already done away with a woman. Somehow I managed to take a picture of the attrocity to show police. I get to watch and help the police capture him. But I have to keep doing it over and over again...you know what? I think that this IS the whole neighbor situation playing itself out. Okay, next point...is there anyway to make my dreams lucid when I am on my regularly scheduled meds? Abeit scarey, I would like to remember my dreams. I used to have such wonderful dreams like the little red Superman dream. Now that was a classic.

lol on the red Superman dream. I have the occasional weird dream and I find when I am sleep deprived I tend to have them. Maybe because you stayed up all night and your sleeping pattern was thrown off. It could be medication, did you start taking anything new recently?

I think it was taking my meds 7 hours too late that did it. I usually do not miss my times so bad. I think the Seroquel quashes my lucid dreaming. But then again dreams are like a box of chocolates, you never know what your going to get.

I think lucidity has to be practiced to get good at it but I wouldn't think meds would interfere too much. http://www.psychwww.com/asc/ld/faq.html
