I have constant dreams about trying to give someone CPR, the person is different everytime and I don't know any of them.

Since you don't know the people and the dreams are repetitive, they are probably about "you" and worries/difficulties you are experiencing in your own life and have been over time.
What does CPR "mean" to you? Do you do too much for others, trying to "save" them from themselves or wish others would do that for you or experience others are needy/or feel they see you that way? I have never had a CPR dream but use to daydream about rescuing others; for me, I was not feeling very useful/needed by others and wished I was. Too, in my rescuing of others I would be in danger and have to rescue myself (or be rescued by significant others). I use to be a very anxious person and when I felt helpless, would get angry to get myself out of feeling helpless. My fantasies of rescuing others would feature my feeling helpless and then a "burst" of it being up to me and my having to make it work and not feel sorry for myself, etc., a kind of infusion of "I can do it" strength.
