Lately I have been having dreams where they seem so real, that when I wake up, I feel as though they actually occurred! I had a dream about taking a ride with an ex-bf and thinking how mad my husband would be. I woke up, thinking he was going to be upset, then realizing it was a dream. Any thoughts?

I have dreams like that sometimes too! Maybe we are trying to help ourselves do or at least think about something we are afraid to because of what we imagine will be the consequences. Or, like with your dream, remember the relief you felt when you realized it was a dream? Your husband wasn't going to be upset afterall. Maybe we have something we're stressing over we shouldn't be?
