I have trouble falling asleep because of anxiety, and Xanax helps me relax to fall asleep. I feel like this is not a good solution though... Any advice?

I would try different, less intense over-the-counter sleep aids? I like Tylenol PM, or sometimes, chewable Benadryl for children. Have you tried just working on getting to sleep naturally, despite the anxiety? All the standard things; reading, warm drink, no stimulation, etc.
